Memphis has had a good offseason. Honestly, at this point, I'd go.
Spurs 50%
Rockets 25%
Grizzlies 25%
I do think the Spurs will really put the foot on the gas this year. They were pretty casual about playoff seeding this year, and it came back to bite them, having to play Game 7 on the road.

I think you're low on the Spurs, and high on the Rockets and Grizzlies. I'd put them around 15% each, give the Pels and Mavs 2.5% each, and then give the Spurs 65%
