I wonder how much a single bicycle uses in infrastructure compared to an automobile.
The actual use would be the same but wear and tear would be significantly less. also, a separate bike lane can be built for cheaper than a road, due to not needing to be as thick or wise.
Do you think it's 5%? If so then the bike tax should be 5% of whatever cars pay.

Except that most bike enthusiasts want special bike lanes built everywhere which costs a lot extra and serves a very small minority of the road traffic. So $50 not 5 percent of what cars costs.
