The thing with Miles is that I think he lacks a plan B alternative when things go wrong. 1/9/12 he figured if we can't run right, left, or up the middle then we're hosed. There weren't more than like 2 passes downfield to challenge the stacked box.
Arkansas last year is another example. Change the damn QB if the one in the game is struggling. We did it against New Mexico St and won 63-7 because of the change. The jet sweep to Dural against A&M was a refreshing, and more importantly effective, change-up.
I like Miles' philosophy of crushing your opponent's defense with a power run game. Ole Miss 2014 was a good example of that, but when that doesn't work against teams like Alabama with a tough 3-4 with big linemen, there needs to be wrinkles.

False. I can name three, and I have never seen a replay.
Two passes to OBJ to start the second half and one pass to OBJ crossing seni-deep at about Bama's 20 yardline.
