So let me get this straight. You walk down the street and throw a punch at someone but miss. What's the likelihood that that will be the end of the encounter?
How about this, don't swing at all if you don't wish to engage in combat. Why is that hard for people to wrap their brains around?
You like to wish that there aren't people that would hit a woman, but unfortunately there are people that would hit a woman. So as a woman, why would you initiate combat?
