We watch the same video? Looks like he bumped into her once, she said something, he said something back, and she cocked back to hit him. Who knows what the hell was said

This happens all the time at a crowded bar. It's usually no big deal.
And you don't know what he said. He may have apologized. "Excuse me, 'scuse me. Oh, sorry. My bad". Who knows? Drunk girl might not have accepted his apology because she's dumb and drunk.
