3 cheeses (usually brie, bleu, and parrano)
Assortment of vegetables (raw red peppers, carrots, olives, Wickles pickles)
Crusty bread
Crackers
Extra virgin olive oil
Honey
Some kind of preserves
Glass of red wine
Easy and delicious.

This is a Friday staple at my house.
I too, use a very large wine vessel so I can say "1 glass of red wine".
