re: OT professionals - do you easily disconnect from work?

I imagine that's really hard for you, nurse. I worked in a hospital right out of college (in psych), and it weighed heavily on me. It's hard to shake some things.

Currently, I still have trouble disconnecting. I'm actually doing work right now. I do force myself to step away at least for a little while each day even if it's just for an hour or so.
