Glad to hear the batteries are lasting on your DC LEDs that gives me an option if I decide to use a trolling motor and ditch the genny for less noise. I was referring to Tuthills AA LEDs he linked to in an earlier post. But again I'm glad to hear y'alls input because I had been led to believe that even with the DC lights I'd have to run a small genny and a battery charger to fish all night.

They make a device call a Trollbridge that will let you charge your 24vdc battery bank with the outboard 12 volt alternator.
