I truly don't think this guy wanted to hurt the kid. Of course he didn't. Doesn't mean he gets a pass for that though. From the legal system or public opinion.

I didn't say he did, but the police at this point obviously believe he did something wrong. I hope they find otherwise and will give him the benefit of the doubt until something is proven.


that being said, he has obviously shown poor decision making skills in the past, which won't help him in the public's eyes
