I don't have a problem calling him a pussy to his face, however this is a message board and that's how we are currently communicating with each other. If something changes I'll let you know.

no one should go to jail for this. Its a horrible accident... one lost his life, and ankther has to live with it. Accidents happen, jailtime will not bring him back or help anyone. I also hate reading where people will not allow their kids to have an atv or be on one. I had some great times on an atv as a kid. Its just like anything else, teach them to be safe. But even still accidents can happen, just like when they begin driving a cad or truck at 16, accidents can happen. Just have to teach them responsible riding practices.
