If you ever worked at a restaurant or bar, the used tampon on the floor or back of the toilet seat always bugged me. There is a fricking trash can.
But I've def seen people pull into a parking lot, and leave a diaper on the ground.

years ago i owned a house on perkins rd and a bus stop was nearby - passengers would empty receipts or whatever out of the bag while waiting for the bus. freaking amazing
