How many majors has Fed won since Rafa won his first? Usually GOAT don't get dominated by another player.

I count roughly 11-13. So I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Fed:
Grand Slam Singles results
Australian Open W (2004, 2006, 2007, 2010)
French Open W (2009)
Wimbledon W (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012)
US Open W (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008)

Nadal:
Australian Open W (2009)
French Open W (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014)
Wimbledon W (2008, 2010)
US Open W (2010, 2013)

Rafa is the greatest clay-courter of all-time. Fed consistently put himself in semis and finals against the best ever on his surface consistently.

Nadal early on could not return the favor on other surfaces consistently.

It's easy to see why the domination and let's not kid ourselves on how much slower Wimbly plays now and the same for U.S. Open. If not for those changes then Rafa doesn't win on grass.
