I would say so. The doctor recently told me to stop or slow down on drinking. And I was polishing off a 5th a week.

She said 2 drinks twice a week, and maybe 4 drinks once. I am having a hard time doing that, but I certainly have cut down a lot.

I used to only drink whisky but find beer a bit easier to keep under the limits.
