In no way was I speaking ill of CP or even comparing it to JI; they are two completely different establishments. I was strictly displaying the lunacy of such a stupid statement. And by the way, JI does not charge $30 for a plate of crawfish ettoufet. It is $25.99. Still a ridiculously high price for that dish, but the facts must be presented accurately.

That's a reach. I took his statement to mean a place of JI's caliber serving $30 étouffée.
If prices were driven based on quality of food, they're off about 30%.
