Phil Steele lists Michigan State as having 13 starters back, which is T-6th in the B1G. They have some key pieces returning (i.e. Cook, Burbridge, J. Allen, D. Clark, K. Kieler, S. Calhoun, D. Harris, D. Hicks, R. Williamson), but certainly shy of "everyone."
No doubt, though, they will be very good. 11+ wins in four of the last five seasons does not happen by accident. Mark Dantonio has put together a very strong program and has even elevated recruiting further. That's what stability at the helm does!
