The OF bleachers are probably still closed due to renovations. I scored seats down the 3B line about 9 rows up for $60/seat on stubhub. I was really happy with them. There were also a lot of scalpers out on gameday

All the bleachers are open. Have been since mid June. That's definitely the place to sit if you want a more fun/rowdy experience. Tickets will be the most expensive bleacher tickets you've ever come across though (face is between about $27-$66 depending on the game). Right now stubhub has them for $67 for the 4th.
Seating there is general admission, so worth trying to get in before the first pitch.
