Yes. Because Vicks qualities were his strong arm and sub 4.4 speed. If LN doesn't have those gifts, he's not "Vick like" unless your just talking about him being black.
Under your theory, every black qb has Vick like qualities, except they aren't as gifted

Similar to Boykin maybe? I don't think he has the RG3 speed and arm, but Boykin isn't too far off in both regards.
