More to the point, "branding advantage" is a relative term, and baseball is in an entirely different category than the other two big college sports. It's a blip on the radar comparatively.
As a "brand" I don't think anyone comes close to LSU in baseball. When it comes to college baseball if you ask anyone with any knowledge of it, LSU is the bell cow.
