Usually with these pieces of equipment, you can't move it until the shutter is closed and locked.
But I agree, there is little to be worried about.
ETA: not physically move it, but by rule/regulation/standards.

Usually with these pieces of equipment, by rule/regulation/standards you also secure them in the truck so you don't lose them. People frick up.
