How does one burn through khakis in 6 months?

FWIW, I have LL Bean (good, cheap, several fits), Brooks Brothers (very good, not cheap, several fits) and Orvis (very good, not cheap, fewer fits).

Would recommend all three. I'm sure someone will recommend J Crew or Bonobos or some shite but I aint bout that life

Do you have arms and $50? If so you can get a Rowenta and iron them yourself like an adult. It takes about 30 seconds after the thing is heated. There's probably even a youtube video that shows you how.

I've gotten Izod wrinkle resistant khakis at Sam's now for years - sometimes under $10 a pair. They don't last more than a couple of years in heavy rotation, but good for what they are - as in your intended purpose.
