The first meeting also is telling. He says "why would a management type use linux" and whatnot as he realizes Tyrell has a lot in common with him (old habits he says). Also when he goes to the library to decrypt the sunglasses USB drive he says "he knows the password so that means i know the password"
theres a few more I cant point out right atm
And the REALLY awkward scene with Elliot and Tyrell's wife (or ex-wife).
