So she was telling you what she likes and not shooting down ideas, i think that's an important distinction and gives her a pass on being demanding.

I like some of the ideas thrown out here. Especially since you've already hung out with her, something like bowling sounds good.

If the heat isn't too big of an issue, I think the zoo is one of the better ideas as well.
