A friend of mine who worked with the team for years spoke very highly of his coaching and how the players responded to him. While I don't know the ins and outs of what he's getting done on a day to day basis, I was told that he was, in fact, brought back because he's a very good coach.

Les gets last laugh again with this rehire. A lot of ppl not happy with this move.. Bdp doin work!
