I am currently a scratcher golfer. I play my best under pressure and thrive on crowds and cameras all around. Right now, I am certain I would beat Tiger under any format but badly in match play. I am probably a top 5 in the world golfer but can't stand what pro sports has become so I just play at my CC.

Sure. It would be tough but I'm fairly confident.
Ever since he went off the PEDs he's dropped maybe twenty or so pounds of muscle. I'd say I've got a good sixty or seventy pounds on him and quite a bit of reach.
I'd probably stick with the jab to try and set up the overhand right but if he's too fast on his feet I'd close the distance and grapple with him.
Wait... you mean in golf? Nah, he'd kick my arse. Maybe if he was blindfolded.
And drunk. I like my chances to keep it competitive then.
