I've been there a few times, I don't know what it is about the relationship between the dolphin and the kids are but it's almost like magic, the kids really open up and react like the parents have never seen before, I don't know the nature of your child's physical issues but if it's at all possible to get in the water with the dolphin it's incredible, the dolphin and child seem to bond, the dolphin is real gentle and protective, have fun on the vacation

He's able to get in the water with help. He's actually been to Atlantis and swam with the dolphins a few years ago. Wasn't wheelchair bound at the time, but was significantly limited with his mobility. He absolutely LOVED IT!!! Looking at another Disney cruise with a stop in Atlantis again.
