I don't think she actually saw Dothraki in the book. She is passed out by a stream with blood running down her legs. It is just suggested that there may be Dothraki in the area. IIRC.

I thought she saw Dothraki and it was one of Drogo's bloodriders? Or they were just Dothraki and they said they were going to bring her to Khal whatever (who was one of Drogo's bloodriders)
