This is only fair. Employers should have say in their employees weed use. If you don't like it, get another job. Also, muscle spasms LOL

Really? You're essentially saying employers should be able to fire employees for following the law.
Put another way, do you agree with firing employees for drinking off the clock, say on a Friday night, or Saturday tailgating?
