If they would have stuck to the original foot print, it might have worked .. but you had a bunch of people raising their hands crying "what about us ???", "we want in" ... etc .. Then they added the Gardere area so as to not appear to be what a lot of the plan's critics claimed was the driving force behind the whole thing ... It just got too big, too diverse, and the unity never had a chance ... They never stopped to realize the math that the more areas you add, the bigger number 25% becomes .. Nobody was knocking on doors on Burbank .. you didn't see signature tables set up around Jefferson Terrace .. The main efforts were in the very area the whole thing started in .. George O'Neal/Jones Creek/Coursey ..
