It is confirmed. There was a season long leak that came out before the Hodor episode, and everything in it happened exactly like the guy said. There was a whole thread that I created when the season long leaks leaked that had a link in it. Here is a link to that thread: LINK

I'm guessing because Margery dies when Cersei sets King's Landing ablaze, but that is just a guess on my part. Cersei setting KL ablaze wasn't part of the leaks.

I'm guessing Pycelle finds out about Cersei's plans, so Quyburn has to kill him.
