Likely true for a lot of people. Also, while the typecover works well and so does the stand, for sitting on a couch doing some work it just won't ever be used over my MBP (assuming they're both right there).

I'd honestly tell you to hold off for a few months. It's widely believed that the SP4 will be making its debut right after Windows 10 is released (early fall)? Maybe as late as Christmas but that's not but 5 months away.
