Nothing wrong with having a money market fund with them or maybe Something similar which costs nothing but for basically everything else RUN AWAY! 
Seems they have lots of older clients. Most younger ones educate themselves and move on. However I do have a friend who uses them just doesn't want to make the effort to switch to vanguard and throw it in few good funds. Oh well. His loss.
