no runs were scored until the 7th which is late in a game, so technically that definition works.
1 in the 7th, 4 in the 8th, and 1 in the 9th with no runs scored in the first 6 would constitute a late rally. love how yall are trying to spin the head line into saying yall were down, or that yall had to come from behind. I guess you can twist it to mean anything you want it to mean.
a late rally did lead LSU past the cajuns in the super regional. it definitely wasnt an early rally.
