That just demonstrates that this is about an Identity Crisis. LSU has no identity crisis. Neither does Tulane, or UL-Monroe or McNeese, or Nichols. They all know who they are, and they all generally respect each other. ULL is just not able to come to terms with the fact that they aren't LSU, which is just weird and creepy. And they hate us just for being because we are a constant reminder that they aren't who they want to be. Which is us. They lack confidence, their Identity is always in flux, and they do this same sad and pathetic "LOOK AT US DAMN YOU" routine every few years. It's cringe-worthy. Have some self-respect people. We aren't your rival and we can't make you confident and self-assured about your school. And we don't hate you, we would probably actually pull for you if you quit screaming at us about how much you hate us. Just LET IT GO.

Games in Tiger Stadium have become waaaaay more mild and accommodating to visitors over the past 20 years compared to before that. That's why I'm so puzzled why this week you decided "you're done". I suspect that it's more of a butthurt thing and you're playing the role of the victim. Of course, I don't know you but judging by your post, your ego would never own up to that.
I may not be as old as you, but old enough to remember Tiger Stadium in the late 70's/early 80's. And this weekend wasn't a fly on a cow's arse compared to that. For starters, baseball crowd is already less hateful towards visitors to begin with.

Hey I don't see what the big deal is about ULL. yes they put up a good fight, yes they had a couple of good pitchers and a few guys that can hit. Having said that congrats to ull for playing hard now the bottom line. Lsu has been to Omaha 17 times and won it all 6 times. Ull has been ther 1 time and I don't even know if they won a game. You can even compare UL TO LSU IN BASEBALL.

Believe me, if I were "butthurt" I would have quit cheering for LSU years ago, considering how rare our victories have been.
But it was the first time being on the Rant when there was a game coming up and what I read surprised me.

That's okay, you need elite talent to get an athletic scholarship at lsu, not so much for ULL.

ULL requires a 23 ACT OR 2.5 GPA for guaranteed ADMISSION for In-State students.
