Basically the winning team of the tournament will get half the prize pool and the other half is split between teams 2nd-8th(I think 8th, amy be higher) scaling down of course.
They expect the prize pool to be over 15 million.

The prize pool grows with 25% of purchases from the Compendium, additional purchased levels, and other related Ti5 chests. These each give players sets or other cosmetics for Dota 2 games. The most recent stretch goal was for desert terrain, something expected to be unavailable on the current Source engine. This is leading into Source 2, with strings already being found within Dota 2.

Also, here are the breakdown of the prize pool payouts from Ti4.
quote:

Total Prize Amount $10,296,180
1st - $4,736,243 (46%)
2nd - $1,389,984 (13%)
3rd - $978,137 (9%)
4th - $772,214 (7%)
5/6th - $617,771 (6%)
7/8th - $489,069 (5%)
9/10th - $46,333 (0.4%)
11/12th - $36,037 (0.3%)
13/14th - $20,592 (0.2%)

So nearly every team invited to Ti5 will get some money.
