The answer is simple but it goes back in the day. There were no scholarship limits. Nebraska could offer 200 students full scholarships. Anyone could.
The deal was simple: "You can go to Tulsa and play. Or you can come to Nebraska and be on the team, get a degree and say you played for Nebraska."
