So there's people out there taking money for no reason other than it's offered, and I'm the whiney bitch.

BP owes a lot of people a lot of money. There are people claiming losses because they had a captains license that hasn't made them a dime of revenue in 15 years, or because they have a commercial fishing license but haven't sold a fish in 15 years, or had to take their boat fishing somewhere else for a year. Put them on the same rocket to Mars with the obamaphone recipients. Leave BP and their money to deal with those who they legitimately need to be dealing with.
