re: BP money

So you get in a wreck( cant fish, USE CAMP/ boat) when another car hits you (BP SPILL). u need a rental car(Camp, BOAT), because someone took your own away from you(BP stopping the fishing in given area around camp). You ask for the other person's insurance(BP) to compensate you( $ or Rental car) since THEY made your vehicle unusible (

yeah i could use my CAR for other things like a piece of art in the front yard because it doesnt run,( boat somewhere else, or just sit in my camp and stair at the ceiling) but it would not be used for its intended purpose,


Plus the years upon years of impact that it will do for the fishery( which is why i have a camp there in the first place).

so if the value of something goes down due to a company doing something illegal, do we not, as property owners or anyone else affected, have the right to sue said company?
