This is going to sound stupid but were you drinking corona with lime? There is something called "Mexican Beer Dermatitis" that occurs when a chemical in limes gets on your skin and then is exposed to sunlight. It's more pronounced in people with olive toned skin. It results in brownish stains and can be spotty if your spray beer on yourself while sinking the lime.

I swear I'm not making this up.
