Yeah, that price is way too high for a 4 cyl that old. I don't think the miles actually make a difference. We have an 06 Rubicon with less than 20k miles sitting in the garage because the price hit is there whether the miles are low or not. It just doesn't make sense to sell it. They're fun vehicles, but I wouldn't make one a daily driver. Everyone I know who has ever made it their primary, got tired of it within a year or two and sold it.
I would move along on this one. It sounds like they are bumping the price for low miles, but in my experience, it makes little difference...at least not that much.
