Go south Timb straight out of Wine pass. You can hit 100 ft of water in about 15 miles offshore and there are a bunch of rigs close enough to find them if one is not producing.

and when you come back in, you can fish for specks.

Yeah i am debating on the south timb 150's blocks vs ship shoal 200's
