Impact...at 36.5 feet...Extensive backwater flooding of Cross and
Twelve Mile bayous will take place. Backwater flooding will take
place all the way to the concrete sill at the Cross Lake dam.
Expect backwater flooding to approach below Caddo Lake on Twelve
Mile Bayou. Teague and Fant Parkways will remain closed for
through much of next week. Expect extensive backwater flooding
through lower McCain Creek and in the Wells Island area.
This is really going to cause some problems. Caddo Lake is already high due to the water releases from Lake of the Pines in East Texas so Twelve mile bayou really doesn't have anywhere to go right now.
