Damn, I was casually looking at 2 houses in there but I guess I will scratch those bitches off of the list.
IMO the houses inside of the neighborhood are safe, but that manadtory evacuation is a huge inconvenience for the 590 out of 600 houses that will not see water.

bullshite- I live in the Haven and I haven't heard anything about an evacuation. From what we've heard, 37.5 is the magic number in our neighborhood, and that's just the lowest house in the subdivision.
