Even though you asked the other guy, I'll answer.
Several.
It does have a set price, and that price is being paid in full. I've never run into an ethics class that said allowing someone to buy something at the full retail price is unethical.
Not giving it away. Now if they were giving it away as you worded, yes there would be ethical implications. But there isn't, so save your name calling for someone else.
I'd like to thank you in advance for the downvote. Know that it really hurts me deeply, and I think about it all day.
