Most mainstream Christian denominations and belief systems do.
Mormonism, Jehovah's Witness, and other assorted cults, as most Christian denominations would refer to them, don't.
It gets more confusing if you look at certain ancient Hebrew texts. At different points in Hebrew history they believed in a group of communal God's, who were all one, but also individually more than 3. I think 12 is the largest number I've heard used.
