Should that dude beat me up for exercising my freedom? Of course not. Is it pretty likely I'll get my butt beat for deeply offending a bunch of people that otherwise would have never acted a fool towards me? Yea probably.

People do dick-ish things every damn day in this country. That doesn't mean it's illegal and that anyone should try to tell them that they can't do it. Welcome to America, buddy.
