IWB or OWB?

I have an Aliengear that I carry my Shield in. I like it. Lots of folks here highly recommend N82 and Crossbreed.

And if you ever decide to change your carry pistol, Aliengear will swap out the Kydex part of the holster for the one that fits your new gun for free

Off the Grid Concepts Appendix holster is what I use all day everyday for carrying my 19.

If you decide you're interested in leather let us know. 90% of the responses on this board are for kydex (nothing wrong with that) when the topic comes up, so I'm guessing there is far less board consensus on leather makers.

The whole body pad on my Aliengear is leather...just the retention sheath is kydex

CompTac makes some quality holsters if you like kydex. Their MTAC is my go-to IWB holster.

Just FYI if you are ever in Hammond, we do stock the Comptac MTACs as well as OTG IWB and Blackpoint tactical IWB/OWB holsters.

When I carry my G23 I use IWB Bianchi Professional 100. Holds well and clip stays firm on belt.

Many options out there.

+1

Most IWB holsters are built this way. The only material I like actually touching my body is leather. I've used entirely-kydex holsters before and they just rub your skin raw.
