She's from Alpine, TX (West Texas). I flew into Midland | Odessa and the owner drove to meet me there.
We found out about the owner (breeder) by chance. My wife was in the Houston Hobby airport and ran into a couple from Ohio that was on their way back from Midland | Odessa. They had just purchased my little girl's brother. Spoke for quite a bit and exchanged information.
I then reached out to the owner and we spoke nearly every day for 1 week before I decided to fly out there. We had been looking for a Dobie for well over 6 months.

Dropped my husky puppy (male) off at the VET this morning for the same symptoms. Blood was mixed with the urine though, but he was peeing constantly when outside of his crate.
Crazy thing is he won't let it out in the crate. Hoping I can get the same news you got...that it's just a UTI
