Probably a chocolate milk color the way its been raining in MS. Wouldn't think any rivers are going to be much good for at least 10 days without rain as far as kentucky bass go.

ETA: I'd be shocked if that pic wasn't taken with at least 2weeks or even a month of clear weather. Most Mississippi rivers don't clear up very fast....to kinda answer your question, spinnerbaits and beetle spins are my go to for redeyes.
