RPI back down to 5. As much as the committee has leaned on it lately, I see us getting a 2 or 3 rather than 1

Oregon State was the #1 seed a year ago and they had an RPI of 6.

Yeah, LSU is the number one seed. UCLA is two.

My final guess

1. LSU
2. UCLA
3. Louisville
4. Miami
5. Florida
6. Illinois
7. Texas A&M
8. Missouri State

Now if the SEC game ever gets played and Vandy wins, I have them taking A&M's place

I see #StonyBrook is back in the tourney for the first time in three years. I recall they did a little damage in 2012.

I would love to face a non-power conference team in game 1 of the CWS. The stage would be too big for them.

Is this the thread where we try to put a positive spin on a loss?

You were damn close.

I told y'all 2 or 3 rather than 1.

I'm not really that surprised. UCLA losing its series the last weekend is the only think that really made me think we'd be #1.
