No, I understand the rule but the fact that he's visiting LSU tells me that he was granted a full release/waiver more than likely but this chochbag refuses to accept that its even a possibility

Maybe, just MAYBE he doesnt know yet, but since we were his 2nd choice originally, he's still going to visit us and keep us in the picture until he finds out. I'm sure it's not a quick process, like anything in this league.

He has said multiple times that he is not sure how or if it will apply in this situation, but is simply making everyone else aware that the rule is out there. Yet, you are going out on a limb to draw an inference that since he is visiting LSU that the rule won't apply.
First, you doubted that the rule existed because he wouldn't post it for you, then after he posts it, you move the goal posts claiming that you are sure the rule won't apply in this situation because he is taking a visit.
